That's my dog Sadie that you see. She said that she wanted to help animals that weren't as lucky as she is so I decided to carry Pet Supplies and donate 10% of every sale to animal rescue causes.

For the last 4 years I have worked as a customer service representative at one of the only JD POWERS certified call centers providing exemplary customer service to Fortune 1000 customers. I know how to provide excellent customer service and bring those years of experience to you, my customers.

My mission is to bring you the greatest selection possible of pet supplies at reasonable prices. Provide you with the customer service you deserve. And help the animal rescue cause.

Who Gets The Donations

You decide which animal rescue cause receives the donation from your purchase. I will keep a page on my blog with the names of the animal rescue organizations that shoppers have chosen and a running balance for the amount of the donation. Once the donation amount reaches $100.00 I will send it to the recipient animal rescue organization and it will be posted on the blog as well.

If a shopper does not select an animal rescue group to receive the donation from their purchase it will default to my selected Animal Rescue group.

The donations will be posted on Our Blog.

Shipping

• Shipping is to the US and Canada only.
• Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00.
• Some large, heavy or fragile items may have an extra handling fee.
• Extra handling fees will be displayed on the item's "more information" page.
• All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Florida
• All orders are shipped via UPS Ground
• Canadian Shoppers Please Note:
  UPS charges a brokerage fee for importing your order through customs. This is not part of your shipping costs and there will be no refunds for orders refused due to this UPS fee.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is very important to me. Your name, address, e-mail address or any other personal information you may save in your profile or supply during a purchase will NEVER be shared, rented or sold.

All of your personal information and purchases are kept in our secure area and protected to the best of my ability.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days for damaged or defective merchandise.
• All returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please contact returns@unametheprice.com to initiate the return process.
• All returns are for refund only.
• Refunds are processed through Paypal and may take up to 3 weeks to process.
• There are no refunds for refused, undeliverable or buyer's remorse orders.
